As experienced recruiters we all know that the very best recruiters are highly prized; we also know of the “passive market” of candidates. At CollinsSquared we are ideally placed to tap into these markets and source our Clients the best candidates.

We do this by using our extensive network of contacts developed over thirty years of being at the coal-face of Built Environment, Property & Engineering recruitment

Most of the candidates we represent are either known to us personally and have worked with or for us in previous roles, either as a direct or indirect line report, or have come to us as recommendations from those we know and trust. We do of course advertise the best vacancies and assignments that our Clients ask us to fill, and those candidates we represent are all met personally and vetted as thoroughly as we can.

We do not make unsubstantiable claims about the candidates we represent. We present factual profiles, carefully considered accurate curricula vitae, and use our market knowledge to only supply appropriately qualified and skilled candidates that are suited to our Clients demands.

Our service is not rocket science, but it is of high value and it is tailored to be relevant and we pride ourselves in being punctual, transparent, cost effective, scrupulously honest and without flim-flam or hard sales.

Duncan Collins has operated in contingent/agency arena, as an operational Regional Director for a major corporate recruiter; onsite within an outsourced solution (both RPO and MSP) as a Client Director; onsite seconded to an in-house team; managed and directed National Accounts and the teams supporting this and has most recently been involved in re-designing and implementing digital and social media strategies for small private organisations, so his knowledge is as contemporary as it is wide-ranging.
